DeVry University: Environmental Branding

I needed to change perception by bringing life to the brand

DeVry University has never been considered a prestigious educational institute. Advertising alone wouldn't make a bit of difference if it didn't feel legitimate the moment a (potential) student walked through the campus doors.

I developed a full campus redesign to express the expanding professional course offerings of the university.

Bold colors and permanent graphic treatments made the space feel more alive. We wanted to give students an environment they felt proud of. Many DeVry students are those returning to school to pursue a better career or advance in the one they have started. I worked with interior designers to choose fixtures, establish sightlines and graphics. I also did all the 3D rendering myself based on campus floorplans.
